How, why, when, and what can I return?

All the products sold through www.cinebels.com found to be in defective and/or damaged condition upon receipt must be reported to customer care on ‘cinebels@cineramagroup.com’ within 24 hours of delivery for a prompt response from our side. These and only these products can be returned for a replacement by the same product, pursuant to the points below. Claims received after 24 Hours of delivery will be covered by the applicable warranty policy.

  • It is advised that all customers go through the user manual after receiving and opening the product, and before operating the product. Incorrect operation of a product can render the warranty void.

  • Any claims for shortages during shipping must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product on cinebels@cineramagroup.com. The said shortage of goods needs to be highlighted and signed on the proof of delivery copy and returned to the delivery person for any claim to be accepted.

  • If the product received by the customer is damaged on receipt, then the same needs to be checked while receiving the product from the courier and informing us of the same within 24 hours of delivery. Videography while opening the package is recommended for a speedier returns process.

  • A customer will need to submit all the necessary proof to substantiate that you have purchased the products from www.cinebels.com for any claim to be entertained.

  • In order to return the product, the customer has to make sure that the product is in unused and in original condition, include all the price tags, labels, manuals, warranty cards, original and non-damaged boxes, invoice, and original packaging of the product is intact

  • If the product is been found to be opened and used, then it would not be eligible for return.

  • In case it is noticed by us that the customer has returned a product that has not been purchased from www.cinebels.com, then the customer will be liable to face legal consequences as for such an act.

Are the products covered by manufacturer warranty?

Yes, all the products sold by www.cinebels.com are original and authentic products and carry the warranty stated by the manufacturer. Cinerama Pvt Ltd, owner of www.cinebels.com, is the only authorized distributor for Klipsch and Jamo personal and home products in India.

What is timeline for completion of return?

The process of replacement for defective/damaged products will start as soon as the original product is received by www.cinebels.com. The whole process can take up to 10-15 working days after receiving the product for replacement
